I wanted to introduce myself to the forum by starting my log here. I'm going to be running various peptide and research chem protocols and I'd like to share my experiences and results here.

I'm 25, 5'5", currently around 195lbs.

A little history on me. A year ago I had gotten to the worst shape of my life. I was way overweight and had to make a change, so I went on a very determined cut to lean out as much as possible.

This was in March of 2014 at 220lbs.


This was after the cut in July of 2014 at 175lbs.


This is me currently, took these 2 days ago at 194lbs.





My current peptide/chem protocol is as follows:

-Hexarelin with modgrf1-29 dosed 2-3x a day; morning, postworkout, and another time during the day.
-T3 and tadafil dosed in the morning.
-Igf1 des dosed preworkout.
-Hgh fragment 176-191 prebed.
-Melanotan II dosed once a week.
-PGE1 in various muscles dosed when desired.

Currently my goal is a recomp. I am sort of in recomp mode most of the time with a little focus on bulking or cutting sometimes.

My training is usually high volume, includes lots of dropsets and supersets, etc. Recently I started doing some low volume, high intensity type of training to gain strength. I am slowly now moving back into high volume with the heavier weights I have been using for low volume. My strength has been increasing steadily.

My diet is currently low to moderate carbs. I keep proteins the same and adjust carbs to gain size or drop fat accordingly. I try to keep fats moderate and mostly healthy.
