      Cmeliftheavy log raise the Weight MF!

      Okay this is been long over due, this is a 8/10 week cycle.

      Cycle compounds:
      Deca-250
      Test Enanthate -250
      Halotestin-5mg

      Week 1-2
      1-Deca/250mg
      1-Enanathate-250mg
      E/D: H20-50oz daily
      By second week, therms increased “body temperature increase”, oily skin,

      Week 3-4
      1-Deca-250
      1-Test Enanthate -250
      Halotestin-30mg daily
      H20 Intake-50-75oz daily
      Milk Thistle-250mg daily
      Joints feel smooth, apatite is presently increasing, I am still dialing in Halo as I think my daily dosage is low. On the end of week 4 moved daily Halo intake up 30mg and felt dehydrated within 1 hour after intake,

      Week 5-8 Presently at the beginning of week 5
      1-Deca-250
      1-Test Enanthate -250
      Halotestin-30/40mg
      H20 Intake-75-100oz daily
      Milk Thistle-500mg daily

      Second day at 30mg on Halo and hands are shaking "manageable" dehydrated and feel irritable "more than usual" kind of the irritable feeling when your lady hold out on you, yea like that..

      Daily food intake: Intake calorie is low 1500/2000 – Clean intake veggies/white meat fish/chicken/ less then 10% carb intake ßintake is low to maintain weight for competition (roughly 4 weeks out)

      Other supplements taken daily:

      Garcinia Cambogia 1500mg administered 3 times daily
      Potassium Gluconate 70mg administered 3 times daily
      Rasberry Ketones 250mg administered 3 times daily
      HCG administered 3 times daily
      This list excludes the prep post/post as well as protein shake intake/ other daily supplements

      Background data:
      Age 44
      Weight 216
      Weight lifting time frame: 20 plus years
      Height 5.8’
      Fuck Style: Porn Star

      Training Log;

      Power lift training – 3 times a week
      Weight lift training – 5 days a week
      Last recorded max effort-
      Bench- 525 presently at 405
      Dead lift- 505 presently at 540
      Squat- Need fucking help on! 505 presently at 385

      Background experience on compounds:
      This is my first cycle on Halo so I am experimenting with the daily dosage.
      15mg daily there was no noticeable increase
      30mg daily dehydration feeling within an hour after administering, aggression feeling “irritable”- more to report on this when I return to the gym “presently on rest days”

      Deca 250- Over 10 cycles experience “lost count” with Deca on other cycles. Great gear when lubing the joints, and stacking mass

      Test Ena 250 - Over 10 cycles experience “lost count” with this on other cycles.

      Sex Drive:
      Good news to report the ball-head midget still stands tall and cries, no negative effects to report (as of yet)

      All compounds are products of “Purity Source Lab”
      First order with Purity Source Lab ;order process was great; shipping was reported back via web site. The longest process was with the US postal service delivery, I had to go to the postal office to pick package up as the postal service miss placed it. <this was the local postal service office problem and not the source>

      I will work on keeping this log up to date by daily/weekly as time permits.

      Brother you are a beast, that is a lot of weight to be throwing around. If I was taking hcg 3x a day I would be fucking everything in sight or sitting in front of my computer watching porn all day.

      Helo 30mg intake 1.15 hours before workout, placed 455 on the bench this morning. Allot of fine tuning needed but the focus and strength is getting there. Repped out on inclining 315 feeling good...

      Therms where at a high sweating while sitting still after workout,

      Quick update, things are progressing very well. This week raised the weight on the bench up by 40 pounds, dead lifts went up roughly 40/45 pounds and squats went up 30 pounds. Uncertain how the meter works from prick to dick or dick to ass hole, but my aggression is high. Last week started barking liking a fucking pitbull at my coach, lost in the fucking moment...
      Halo intake is still at 30mg a day next week my intake will increase to 40 as it is the week of competition.
      If you haven't tried the halo, its a must when building a cycle for strength...

      Its been a while, the new vascularity look is impressive, kind of 3-D vascularity is exploding from the traps ( normally I don't see the vascularity there) Feel strong and increased focus with out a doubt the progress on this cycle is incredible. I am 4 days out from meet and feel like my aggression is going to explode.

      A strong word of warning when taking Halotestin, be cautious when "Fucking" on this gear. To keep things simple I thought I murdered the pour girl. Safety words are golden, of course you have to listen for the safety word. Things where heated and if not for the her dropping like she was dead I would have never stopped...
      So be cautious when on this gear, for a brief moment I thought I had committed a murdered..
