I'm gonna get in at least 2 jogs. If I can't jog due to my legs I will get in 2 walks. Not as good but still something!*


Yesterday was a long day . Made a trip to virginia to the my wife to see her uncle who has stage 4 cancer.
Got back kinda late. Had t blow off some steam about some other shit so I went to the gym around 8/8:30. Was gonna hit chest. But everyone was doing chest and the benches were taken. So I did legs.*
Started leg press*
5 sets . Last set I did 18-45's and 6- 25's. I forced out 8 reps. But it was tough. My legs were shaking like crack head in withdraw.

There were people using calf raises seated and standing! A guy and his hot yoga pants wearing girlfriend! So I went and did extensions next.

I couldn't stand let alone walk. My legs were done. I leaned against the wall with my back. Trying to stretch my legs. Lol..it had to be funny looking.*

Almost falling stepping off the curb. . Didn't get to do calfs. So today I will get in some extra calf work!

I have 2-3 eggs with turkey sausage on wheat. I ended up throwing away 1 piece of the wheat bread. I work 7a-7p 3-7 training on a different job!
