There will be hard times ahead.
there will be unexpected challenges that you will have to overcome.
there will be people who doubt you.
there will even be people who are hoping to see you fail.

this is called life my friend, and if you're not experiencing any of those you're not pushing its limits.

you have to be stronger than obstacles thrown at you. Not just at times you feel good, but days you feel crap.

      one thing that keeps me going no matter how good or bad I mite feel a certain day is to remember the simple rule of life ;
to never to never stop moving forward.

      good luck brother

I don't know if there's anyone on this site that does that but I'm on other boards and where there are and the help they provide is amazing.
eh you lost me mate? a uroglogist? for? And whats a pcp.... TRT is easy peasy... No worries there..

Mate, Im all good with what to eat.. I know exactly what to eat.. Its implementing it.. I stray to easily. Even if some one wrote me a diet to follow, its still the hard part, actually following it. You know man, I take my hat off to all the body builders that can do it.. I really wish I had the mental fortitude to follow a strict diet..
Some times, I go for weekss eating strict and I think im on top of it, then something will happen and I'll fall off the band wagon.. Then struggle to return..

Dunno man.. Cant figure myself out at times..

Going to make an appointment with the quack and will jump back on TRT..

Im determined this time to finally get to see those abbs...

I have taken on all you guys have said and some good advice.. diet is a hard one at the mo.. on duromine so don't feel like eating.. I think I need to take advantage of this so aren't going to force my self to eat or count calories.. But I will try to eat a clean balanced diet when I do eat..
Im 6ft and 264lbs.. Heaviest I have been in a long long time... Gut circumference of 48 inches

Due to the health risks I don't want to stay on TRT long term.. No real risk when your young but as the latest study showed, the older you are the more risk of strokes and heart attacks while on TRT.. The last study they did the deaths and strokes were so dramatic, they had to stop the study.. But again in older guys, 60s and 70s..

Mind you, im not far off my 60s now..

last time I used gear I just weaned myself off. Worked like a treat, no down time, but I think the issue with that was my Test levels not recovering properly..
      I'm currently at 12nmol/L

So this time hopefully when I come off if I use proper PCT, I'll come off feeling much better..

Anyway cheers for lending me your ears guys.. Time to get my training back on track and see if I can turn this big lump of lard around..
Link to studies please. I would like to read them.

I know dozens of people in there 60s and 70s that are on TRT and have been for over a decade with no issues.

I read a similar article a few weeks ago the researchers were not named however in the same article the University of Sydney conducted a similar study and found no information supporting the finds of the un-named studies in the states.

At the end of the day there are many things that can lead to heart disease and cardio issues, if I was laying on the couch to lethargic and unmotivated to do anything even though I wanted to I'd jump on TRT instead of watching the years slip by.

EDIT: Found one of the articles I read on TRT that references the researchers and publication. Interesting point is the US defence Dept conducted their own study that doesn't support the findings.

ok edited posts above as the reply I got back from the endo showed he wasnt giving me the full and true story.. The study was done with sick old men.. Even in the placebo group many were dying.. So a few more did die in the test study.. It was one study. Whos not to say more would die in the placebo group next time.. My original post was an honest one, and I was only posting what the endo had told me..
At least I did get to the bottom of it.. So anyone that read my earlier post can ignore it.. It was bull dust.
