* 3 sets front squats
* 4 sets leg curls
* 4 sets horizontal leg press
* 4 sets single leg extensions

I don't know. I feel great, just don't care about sex right now, which is totally the opposite of me. I am using adex every 3rd day .5mg.. so I would think I am in check..

It could be cause of my rx meds too. I take Bp meds and anxiety meds.. plus all of the gear..
