Well hello there. Ate some breakfast , eggs and oats, did a shot of tren, getting ready to do a shot of test/ winny suspension. Off to good start and hitting the gym in a hr. Going to be some shoulders today .. Yeah buddy...

Question, did you do 2 shots in one day?? why not add it all together in 1?? or are you over 3cc??

Cause I am loading 2 cc of test suspension with 1 cc of winny and the other one is loaded with 1.5 cc of tren...

Today's workout..
Shoulders
4 supersets db press / front lateral raise 4x12
4 sets rear pec deck machine 4x 12
4 supersets side lateral machine forward facing and rear facing 4x12
4 sets side db lateral 4x12 with 15 sec pause in between sets
4 sets bent over rear delts 4x12 with 15 sec pause.
Also did some supersets of arms..

I use a very similar routine .. fewer sets but close .. keep getting it in ..
