4 supersets side lateral machine forward facing and rear facing 4x12
4 sets side db lateral 4x12 with 15 sec pause in between sets
4 sets bent over rear delts 4x12 with 15 sec pause.
Also did some supersets of arms..
Solid shoulder WO. keep it up.

Wife just made a killer dinner. Pan seared sea bass with roasted garlic whipped potatoes, and roasted red pepper drizzle sauce. Yummy. It was so good I forgot to take a pic...

Sounds like you made some progress so far good to hear bro! Start that cardio low and slow and increase it when you tweek the diet, 2lbs a week is right where you want to be bro so no changes until that stalls out.

Good to see your back. Yes I have made some progress, and also a hiccup along the way, with my drinking, but it's all good now. I have yet to incorporate cardio in my routine, I dred it.. but otherwise diet is good , workouts are intense, and overall mood is good, plus some awesome gear ...

Easy peasy. Not one drink since last Mon. We watched the Clemson Syracuse game. And some shark tank episode we has dvr. Overall good. Fell asleep at 9..

I just gotta hit the gym every chance I get cause sometimes my lil ones mom works every other weekend and I have to watch her so I miss gym .......so by the time her moms scheduled weekend comes up I will just take rest day
