My wife I did some food prep for the Nxt few days..
Baked chicken with brown rice, greens and lean beef with brown rice, greens. Going to making breakfast in the morning, the usual eggs and oats..

Had a pretty crappy day my buddy is staying with us and all he wants to do is talk when I get home from work and on day off I just wanna relax and chill not talk the whole day then another buddy died of an Od yesterday so it was a pretty shitty day

Food prep as twisted said is a good thing bro. it helps keep people on track. in fact i would advise it for all as its an easy way to make sure good food is always available so you dont drift.

I really dont like to have friends stay with me cause of this ...blah blah then they wanna in and out of house then they come back with company ....its like my personal space is bein invaded haha
