      Well , just got back from the Dr this morning. I have an upper respiratory infection, so it's antibiotics and cough syrup for me.. hopefully I start to feel better by Sat , so I can get into the gym.

      Well like AP says get better ....its good thing you went to dr brother, cause that wouldnt have cleared up !! Infact it would gotten worst causing other issues.....

      incline db press/ flys 4 sets of 12
      Incline hammer strength 4 sets of 12
      standing cable fly's
      Super set
      Db pull overs / flat fly's

      I see that twisted and ski already hit the gym, more power to you guys, I can't do mornings. I like the afternoon workouts. I feeling good this morning, knock on wood. Eating clean. Lost a few inches around the belly area. Yeah buddy....
