I forgot to post up my workout from yesterday.
It was a quickie..
Bi's and tri's
4 supersets of each
*Bi machine 28's w/ tri push down machine
* seated db curl w/ db skull crushers
* straight bar w/ rope extensions
* concentration curls w/ tri kickback
* hammer curls to failure
*** NO CARDIO****

Great job bullrush! I also have 24hr access will be hitting the gym for some extra cardio this week myself. Keepin the holiday fat gains away lol.
