I changed up the decline sit ups. I supers setted the twists with laying leg raises 3x12. Then 20 minutes on the treadmill. Just bought 16 pounds of turkey and 8 dozen eggs. Ready for the week.

Tomorrow is a day of prep. Bought some more containers. Time to cook the whole bird and rice field. I see a week of gainz coming my way. Chest is sorreee asss, shitttt. Got an ab cramp doing crunches and that was terrifying. Feeling pretty shitty down there. Forgot my water pills this weekend but don't see much water retention that I'm too concerned about right now. Time for some rest and relaxation!
