Thread: AP Bulk Log Until New Years

I seen him Sunday and yesterday was a rest day for us so sure he will be back today unless he strictly a planet fitness guy now

Morning all. Yeah just haven't been around to get on here. A little mentally checked out. Went ahead Sunday and hit quads and calves and about 5 minutes of cardio and decided if rather go eat. Rest day yesterday was great and full of turkey and rice. And here we go for arms in a few hours.

Arms day is the best day! This is my 2 a day lifting session day not looking forward to that BBW shoulder routine later lol.

Ready for armageddon! Headed to the gym and saw one of tipsters followers was there so had to change route and go to a different gym. Pulling up now and finishing my preworkout and going in to kill it.

I throw on the headphones but he is like a gnat at a bbq just flying around all annoying and shit and doesn't take it seriously like we do.
