You're right. I'm up starting another day, eggs and oats. Off to work in a couple minutes. Switching it up and going back to chest and triceps, back and biceps, shoulders/traps/calves, legs/abs, arms/abs. 2 days off. Not in that order but those groupings of workouts. Going to see what changes.
Chest and tris tonight.

IFBB Mast P 150
IFBB Winny 50 every day
Pharma grade clen 160mcg/day
Pharma Grade T3 40mg/day
Pretty sure the last three doses are correct. Not 100% sure. This deep into prep I can't remember my own birthday half the time.
Diet got a pretty hefty cut last week.
High carbs on leg and back day.
Low carbs on chest, shoulders, arms, and rest day (whatever the hell that is).
As of today I am 25 days out. Hitting shoulders and abs tonight because I don't want to talk a day off. However 60 carbs might kill me today.
