Glad your still alive and kickin lol.... 25 days left time to turn up the heat . No turning back now lol. Keep pushing even though some days it sucks! All the pain and suffering, will be worth it in the end!

It better be. And the thing is. I don't plan on taking first. I plan on being in the best shape I have ever thought of. I don't expect to walk in and get first and be nationally qualified. Let's get real. I am doing this for me because that's what I've wanted to do for years now. Being "better" than everyone else is not the mindset to have.
I'm extremely happy with where I'm at and if I get on stage and bomb it cool I'll go home and be satisfied with the work I put in.

I'm holding onto quite a bit of water and I know that. But abs are coming in and once I get my fiber and digestion situations figured out and I can finally shit in peace I will be in Golden Shape.

Up and at em this morning. Fasted cardio for 40 minutes on the treadmill. 4x15 on the ab wheel. And then eat some food. Low carb day today seeing it's an off day. Haven't had a day off in a while and an off week of Clen makes off days necessary. Exhausted and not feeling this anymore. But, 24 more days no big deal we got this.

Good morning.... Jtip is doing his fasted cardio now while I cook then it's my turn . Stay positive and focused, your almost there. This should make you laugh, l miss PB so much, I had a dream I ate a bunch of it and woke up freaked out that I derailed my prep and gained a bunch of weight lol. Hang in there!

AP Bulk Log Until New Years
Up and at em early this morning. Been up since 4am. Got to the gym at 4:25. Here's the lay out of the day.
Cable crossover
ss with Incline Hammerstrength Chest Press
4x12-15 after a warm up up 1x20
Slight incline DB press
Ss with ez bar tricep push down
4x12-15
Smith machine shoulder press
Ss with plate raise
Front raise
Ss lateral raise
Ss bent over rear delt raise
2x15 each.
Pec deck
Finisher. 1 set of 50.
30 cardio treadmill steady state. 3 incline 2.5 speed.
Will be back later for arms and a little more cardio. Looking good but still not satisfied. Guess I shouldn't have watched the Mr.Olympia now I have higher standards for myself.

Arms last night after a long day of work.
Incline skull crushers with cable. 5x30
Ss with ez bar curls. 5x12-15
Rope push downs 5x failure
Ss with seated hammer curls up to the ear for a full tight squeeze. 5x12-15
Flat head preacher curl machine 5x15-20
Ss with over head tricep extension 5x15-20
Finished with 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill.
