      AP Bulk Log Until New Years

      Hey brothers, Jtip told me I had to do this, and by the looks of his thread you guys love to hang out on these post too and let's face it we all can use advice from time to time.

      Starting Stats:
      Height- 5'10"
      Weight- 163
      BF%- Approx. 12

      Current Stats:
      Height- Same(damn)
      Weight- 176
      BF%- unsure but I can still see abs unflexed and honestly haven't worked them in a few weeks so that has to mean something good right.

      Current AP Cycle.
      50mg DBOL Every Day AM
      1cc Test 400 = 400mg twice a week
      1cc Deca 400 = 200mg twice a week
      25-50mg Exmestane depending

      Eating 5 or so times a day. Really a pain in the ass with work, don't know how late I'll be working most days but its a desk job and I have a microwave close by so its easy to pull meals out of my 6packbag and destroy it. So far I'm up quite a bit and strength is insane.

      Thinking about dropping the DBOL at the end of week 5 and sticking to the DECA for 14 weeks, staying on the test, and jumping right into a cut with TREN and MAST to prep for my first show.

      I have jtip and the wifey right down the road so when they get back in town I'll be training with them and he won't send me down the wrong path.

      Training:
      Sunday: Off
      Monday: Quads or Hams
      Tuesday: Back/Rear Delts
      Wednesday: Chest/Medial & Front Delts
      Thursday: Quads or Hams
      Friday: Shoulders
      Saturday: Bis and Tris

      Incorporating a lot of supersets and honestly minimal cardio (running from machine to machine for super sets counts right?)

      Thinking about hiring a prep coach come New Year to prep for the show March 25th, day after my birthday. But work is a little shifty as of late so I may not have enough cash flow for the gear after Christmas so we may just have to stay fat!

      I really look foreward to all the comments and hints and tips from you guys.

      2 things, 1 good luck with your first show. work hard and you will be just fine and 2 what deca are you using?? you doing 400mg or 800mg a week??

      I was just getting on here to say how I've been slackin. It's going great. Back day was great, chest day was the best I've ever had. Finally benching 225 for easy reps. I can only get like 1 or 2 but they feel easy. Went off schedule and did arms last night and got sick mid way through so didn't get much out of that workout.

      Hams tonight after work. I'll post the workouts I did this week later when I get to a computer.

      Still staying pretty lean and vascular so the mindset is staying with me. I heard so many horror stories of getting fat, flat, and watery and I got concerned but still looking and feeling great.

      Food intake isn't perfect but it's consistent. Your obvious rice and chicken/tuna, occasional Qdoba, oatmeal and eggs for bfast and a couple Greek yogurts right before bed to satisfy the sweet tooth. Not looking for a perfectly clean bulk so when the casino says come have a buffet on us, I damn near put them out of business.
