For the wife:
Training: Hamstrings/Calves/Abs
Hamstrings:
Seated hamstring curls
Prone hamstring curls
Single leg press
Single leg hamstring curls
Adductor
Abductor
Calves:
Seated calf raise (8sets)
Seated machine calf extensions
Abs:
Weighted machine crunches
Cable twists
Weighted decline sit ups
Decline sit ups (twist elbow to opposite knee at the top)

Thanks, I really have to step up my game if I'm going to make progress the next 16 wks. I'm praying I do well, and that I don't get too hangry and want to throat punch everyone in site lol.

But I just fallen and cant get up so it looks like my log and progress is at a hault ......

Lol. I know the feeling! Sometimes people could use a good throat punching. I am excited to see the progress you are gonna make. I'll be sure to wear my neck guard at all times. Jtip I have extra if you need it. Lol
