First off I slipped and fell so my log is disabled and my future is unclear .....second my camera is broke ...third I like that "punch someone in throat thursday" ..remember no witnesses .....
A birdie told me your startin your supps ..this isnt good for us guys , well Im injuried and unable to lift anymore ...

1. Awe.. that sucks, suck it up there's no time for excuses.
2. I'm sure someone would be kind enough to let you borrow their phone, to take your selfie lol or they might even be extra nice and take it for you.
3. Yeah I totally would do it if I could get away with it lol, because people are working my nerves.
And yes the little birdie was correct soon enough I will be back on supps . No more natty, that shits for the birds lol.

For the wife, and for the record she doesn't struggle nearly as much with cardio as my big ass does.........also tomorrow starts her journey out of the realm of being natty but her real comp prep starts Monday so that means cheat meal this weekend!!!!!
Training: Back/Rear Delts/Cardio
Back:
Wide grip lat pulls
Seated cable row
Close grip lat pulls
Bent over DB rows
Back extensions
Rear Delts:
Bent over reverse DB fly's
Reverse cable fly's
Rope pulls
BB shrugs
Cardio: 20mins on the bike 12 resistance
