Hello again.. Here was my workout, I was dying today, I pushed so hard when I was doing pushups, I thought I was going to face plant on the ground lol. But it felt good, and I have a feeling I am going to be really sore, but that's a good thing because you have to GO BIG OR GO HOME lol .
Chest & Tri’s
4 sets 8 – 12 reps.
*Flat Bench Press
*Dumbbell Incline Press
*Machine Incline Press
*Pec Deck SUPERSET with Puhsups
*Rope Pushdowns
*Single Arm Kickbacks SUPERSET with Bench Dips

Ofcourse you know your doin fantastic and again nice killer work out ......oh btw your arms are twice as big as your friends just sayin

That friend has the same coach as us and competed/competes BTW lol. You guys have are gonna be stunned at her progress.
