Yup,our coach has put togeather a huge host of competers just this year along,he is a great coach..

Just heard from coach he said good job this week, we don't want push weight gain too fast because we want to try to keep body fat in check. I told him I'm fine with that, I don't want to get fat again lol. Btw I stayed at 152 lbs.

Good question lol. I get asked that a lot. I guess I'll see how well I do on this lean bulk. I have mixed feelings about it. Part of me wants to do it, just because I've put in the work. Then the other part of me, is too chicken shit to do it lol. I guess we'll see what happens lol.

I understand the chicken part .....but consider it hey like you said wait till end of this run then decide ....

Will do.. Funny thing is I actually made a deal with Rogue, that if he went on the cruise with us, I would compete in a show with him. He said he didn't want to do it alone. So we will see what happens lol.
