Here is a random collage from this afternoon. I literally can't pose to save my life, so I've been practicing

You're looking G R E A T. It probably just feels really weird posing because you aren't used to doing it. The more you do it - the less awkward you'll feel about it and how you look doing it. Keep at it and you'll be just fine. Remember, you've got josh to help and encourage you too - he will be there to help you through it all. Keep it up!
Now on a side note - I like you a lot more now just knowing that you also use the word "fucktard" lmao!! That's awesome...I thought I was the only person using that word.

Really excited I found this log. You look great! Wish I would have been a member when it was started, hopefully I can find some time to read it all and catch up but looking forward to keeping up with the rest of it!

Good afternoon peeps... Sorry i didn't post yesterday, it was kind of a busy day, and then the in-laws (jtip's dad & step-mom) also came to visit us and spend the night. Anyway check-in went fine yesterday, no changes like I thought there would be. Which is a good thing for jtip since he loves cardio . Weight was 149 lbs. so down 2 lbs. this week. I started clen back up yesterday so hopefully I will drop a few more this week. We shall see... Hope you all have a great day!
