Rogue is happy as can be to be pushed by these two. They're family, family I never thought I could ever connect with and am glad I never lost touch with. I plan to compete wether she wants to or not she's getting on stage. Just gotta work on that posing!!! You get me a number on that cruise and set me up with the sweet jtip payment plan and I'm on the boat I'll start packing now. You guys are the motivation, everyone says why compete with a girl then I show them and explain, we're family and competing with this family is not easy to beat. We're stubborn, hard headed, and will go head first into anything and everything we do.

Today was a rest day from the gym. Got some food prep done, will do a little more tomorrow since I work from home on Tuesdays.

Tomorrow will be hams, glutes & cardio bright and early after drop our daughter off at school.
