I've been trying, I'm going to do a lean bulk and see what progress I can make so we shall see. The sucky thing is I don't like the feeling of being fat lol....

Training:
Back/Rear Delts/Cardio
Back:
Wide grip lat pulls
*Wide grip seated rows
*Single arm DB rows
*Single arm lat cable pulls
*Back extensions
Rear Delts:
*Rope pulls
*Seated reverse fly's
*Reverse cable fly's
*BB shrugs
Cardio: 20min on the treadmill at 3.8 mph and an 8 incline.

Chest:
*Incline machine press (plate loaded)
*Incline DB press
*Seated press (plate loaded)
*Cable crossovers
Shoulders:
*Front DB raise
*Seated machine side raise
*Seated press
Calves:
*Seated calf raise
*Seated machine extension
Cardio:
*20mins bike 12 resistance.

Good afternoon peeps... hope you all are having a great day so far! Below was my workout from today, and also a nice fluffy pic. as I had to check in with my coach. I hate feeling fluffy, but I know it's part of the game so I'll just suck it up and go with it I guess lol.
Training:
Quads/Abs/Cardio
Quads:
*Seated Leg extensions
*Leg press (wide)
*Hack squats
*Single leg seated leg extensions
*Adductor
Abs: (super set 4 rounds)
*Weighed sit ups
*Decline sit ups
*Cable twists
Cardio:
*20mins incline walk on the treadmill.
