Quads/Abs (done as super sets for a change up)
Quads:
*Leg extensions
*Wide angle leg press
*Single leg extensions
*Narrow leg press
*Adductor
Abs:
*Weighed crunch machine
*Cable twists
*Hanging leg raise
*Decline sit ups

Arms/Calves (super sets of course)
Bi's:
*Seated DB hammer curls
*Spider curls
*Standing DB curls
*Single arm preacher curls
Tri's:
*Rope extensions
*Behind the head rope extensions
*Straight bar extensions
*Single arm cable extensions
Calves: (4x12 each)
*Seated calf raise
*Seated machine calf extensions

Happy Hump Day peeps...
Training:
Hamstrings/Abs/Cardio
Hamstrings:
*Seated curls
*Reverse hack squats
*Prone hamstring curls
*Single leg seated curls
*Adductor
Abs: (4 round super set 4x15)
*Weighted sit ups
*Hanging leg raise
Cardio:
*30 mins. fasted this morning on the treadmill 7.0 incline walk at 3.5mph.
So I'm a little over 2 weeks in now on Var & Primo and all is going well. Strength is good, pumps are great, and I've been told I look bigger and fuller, I think that's a nice way of people telling me I'm fat now .
