Happy Flex Friday peeps was another busy fun filled day lol. Hope you all had a gainful day!
Training:
Back/Rear Delts/Cardio (super sets)
Back:
*Seated hammer strength row
*Seated close grip row
*Wide grip lat pulldown
*Behind the head lat pulldown
Rear Delts:
*Reverse cable fly's
*Reverse pec deck
*Rope pulls
*DB shrugs
Cardio:
*20 mins. fasted this morning 7.0 incline and 3.5 mph as usual.
And since it's Flex Friday, and that's kind of a big deal lol...

Hello peeps... so we got our workout in earlier, then watched the fights, now were just chilling listening music, cause that's what cool kids do on the weekends .

*Cable crossovers (high pulley)
*Hammer strength decline press
*Pec deck
*Cable crossovers (low pulley)
Shoulders:
*DB front raise
*Machine side raise
*Seated press

Quads/Abs/Calves
Quads:
*Seated extensions
*Wide angle leg press
*Hack Squats
*Single leg press
*Adductors
Abs:
*Cable twists
*Weighted decline sit ups
*Hanging leg raise
*Seated machine crunches
Calves:
*Machine extensions
*Seated calf raise
Checked in with coach and he seems to be happy with the progress so that's a plus.

Happy Tuesday Peeps... I'm really sorry for being MIA yesterday, and all day today, I've been busy with work, training and random adult stuff that we all love lol. Anyway thank you all for taking the time to view my log, and comment it helps keep me motivated. Hope you all have a great week, it's almost Hump Day .

*Preacher curls (close grip)
*Standing EZ bar curls
*Cable curls (both arms)
*Single arm machine preacher curls
Tri's:
*Rope extensions
*EZ bar reverse grip extensions
*Vbar push down
*Single arm DB skull curshers
Calves:
*Seated calf raise
*Seated machine extensions
Cardio: 20mins after the gym...

Happy Hump Day peeps... Hope you all had a gainful day! Tomorrow is a rest day from the gym for us.
Training:
Hamstrings/Abs/Cardio
Hamstrings:
*Leg press(feet together toes off the platform and coming off the heal)
*Prone Hamstring curls
*Reverse Hack squats
*Seated hamstring curls
*Adductor
Abssuper sets 3x20ea)
*Weighted machine crunches
*Cable Twists
Cardio:
*20mins fasted treadmill this morning.
Now having my post workout cheat meal PANCAKES....in honor of our boy Fitraver!!! Oh and tomorrow is a rest day lol.
Also had some stomach Gainz with some pancakes ??? lol.
