Happy Swole Saturday peeps... so tonight's workout sucked badly for me jtip kicked ass though as usual. It was one of the worst, I have had in forever [emoji53]. Honestly I should have probably stayed home, but I didn't want to miss a workout, so I decided to go and push through, I did everything but went light because I was for real struggling. Oh well, glad it's over with and something is better than nothing at all. I just hope I start feeling better asap, because I don't have time for this crap. Hope you all have a great evening and hope you all have a kick ass day tomorrow watching the Super Bowl.
