Happy Swole Saturday peeps... so tonight's workout sucked badly for me jtip kicked ass though as usual. It was one of the worst, I have had in forever . Honestly I should have probably stayed home, but I didn't want to miss a workout, so I decided to go and push through, I did everything but went light because I was for real struggling. Oh well, glad it's over with and something is better than nothing at all. I just hope I start feeling better asap, because I don't have time for this crap. Hope you all have a great evening and hope you all have a kick ass day tomorrow watching the Super Bowl.

Chest/Shoulders/Calves (super sets)
Chest:
*Cable crossovers
*Incline DB press
*Incline Hammer Strength press
*Flat bench DB fly's
Shoulders:
*DB front raise
*Seated press
*Side raise
*Upright rows
Calves: (drop set)
*Seated calf raise

Happy Sunday Funday peeps.... I'm sorry for not posting up my workouts, I did an update to the app. and now it's being weird, and won't let me copy and paste stuff correctly.
