      Good Evening... So I received my diet today. I am pretty excited as I get more food than before I just hope it goes well, as I feel like I gain weight just by looking at food lol.

      Anyway below is my diet and also my workout from tonight. My quads & glutes were on fire, but it felt great. I was a hot freaking mess Rogue even told me I was gross lol, but I think he was just mad because my legs are bigger than his j/k.

      Thanks again to everyone for all your support, it def. helps keep me motivated.

      Diet:
      Meal #1
      1 – Whole Egg
      3 – Egg Whites
      ½ cup – oats
      ½ - banana

      Meal #2
      4 oz. - Chicken Breast
      4 oz. – Red Potato
      ½ cup – Green Beans

      Meal #3
      4 oz. - Ground Beef 93/7
      ½ cup – Whole Wheat Spaghetti cooked

      Meal #4
      4 oz. – Ground Turley 93/7
      4 oz. – Sweet Potato
      ½ cup – Green Beans

      Meal #5
      Note: Post workout/also on non workout days
      1 Scoop – Whey Protein
      ¼ cup – Oats Blended/Ground

      Meal #6
      ¾ cups – Cottage Cheese 2%
      1 tbs. – Natural Peanut Butter

      Quads & Glutes
      4 Sets: 10-12 Reps. Each set, unless noted
      *Hack Squats (6 Sets)
      *Flat Leg Press (Feet together SUPERSET with feet wide)
      *Leg Extension (Turn toes in)
      *Hyperextension (Put pad on low setting, slight bend in knees, focus on pulling thru glutted and hams, not back. Go slow)
      *Standing Calf Raise (Toes in SUPERSET with toes out)
      *Single Leg Cable Kickbacks (Lean over so chest is parallel to the ground, focus on glutes)
      *1 Set – 50 Plie Squats (Bodyweight)
      *30 Minutes of cardio on the treadmill at a 3.0 incline and 4.0 walk

      Great progress.. funny how much food you can get away with eating.. i eat as much for breakfast than you eat all day

      Hello peeps.. Hope you're all having a great weekend! Today was Chest, Tri's & Abs (just decided to add some abs today). I'll post up my workout soon, once I can sit down at the computer and type it out. So stay tuned... I've been a lil busy today lol.

      Sunday = Food Prep
