Happy Tuesday everyone, hope you are all having a great day. Below is today's workout, hams & glutes. Tomorrow will be shoulders & abs. Hope you all have a great evening!
Hamstrings &Glutes
*Plie Squats on Angled Leg Press (Feet high and toes pointedout)
*Single Leg Russian Deadlifts (Hold dumbbell in right hand,bend over to do a deadlift while raising left leg behind you.Focus on right ham/glute.Do all reps on right leg before switching toleft leg)
*Dumbbell Plie Squats (Hold dumbbell with both hands, putfeet wide and toes out, do squat while pushing glutted back, pause at bottom beforereturning to start)
*Hip Thrust (Put weighted bar on hips and lift up)
*Lying Hamstring Curl
*Seated Hamstring Curl
*Adductor SUPERSETwith Abductor
*30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill

I promise you she works out harder than most men and lifts more as well lol. There is no fail in this one she just keeps making progress like its effortless week after week.
