Well it was a big difference to the good!! I've had more energy this past week than I've had for one thing and my workouts are better,getting more of a pump now! I know what if I'm 10 late eating a meal I'm dragging ha ha!! Overall I'm really really happy!!
Yalls new picture look great!! It's so nice and cool for husband and wife to work together and get that much support for each other!!

That's really awesome, I will tell you in this game diet is key. I'm glad your happy with it and can't wait to see your progress.
Thanks, I love that we are in this journey together, I would not be successful without jtip by my side. It's also awesome, because we get to spend quality time together doing something we both love to do.

I forgot to mention weight was 160 lbs. and after I checked in with coach, he is making a slight diet adjustment and adding in some fats, so I guess I'll see what that is shortly .

jtip & our coach talked me into it even though I'm nervous as hell to get on stage lol. As long as everything goes well, I am supposed to compete Oct. 8th and then again possibly Oct. 29th. So we shall see. I'd be competing in woman's physique, which is why I'm trying to lean bulk right now to gain more muscle and then in mid June I plan on starting my cut, to lose any fat I've gained during my bulk, and to tighten everything back up. It will be an interesting experience I'm sure. I have a lot of work to do to get ready.

Training: Quad/Calves/Abs/Cardio
Quads:
leg extensions
Wide angle leg press
Hack squat
Single leg extensions
Calves: (all super set after quad)
Seated machine extensions
Leg press extension
Seated calf raise
Single leg machine extension
Abs:(all super set 3rounds)
Cable twists
Decline sit ups
Laying leg lifts
Cardio: We did one lap around the park little over a mile
