Yes going back to gym today and yes I know we're it's at just one question when I get there what do I do role the weights on the floor take a nap on the bench or look at the girls in the mirror I can't remember.

Well finished workout after week off and was better than I thought it would be. Strength still there but stamina not tough breathing and longer breaks. Had a good pump and didn't fell so soft when done it was great to get back now it's time to get big.

You experienced muscle shock imo .....the first day back after a wk off is amazing ......the pump is full and tight ....stamina will be off for couple days , but you will be hammering away once again .....good to see you back at it
