Started July 2014 weight lifting to get in shape. Trying to keep up with grand children, the goal was to be in the best shape of my life at age 60 which will be in July 2016 and have abs. Had a set back in October 2014 with a double hernia operation put me out on light duty for a couple of months. I decided to do a cycle February and got hooked. We are now doing a bulk cycle with friend jtip1810 have same coach for diet. I started the cycle Monday this bulk cycle will be 12 weeks.

This is starting point and adjustments as we go hopfully I will add size he had us cut first got down to 173lbs not sure how much I will gain but do want to add size will post some before and after pictures when i figure it out. Looking forward to posting on site with the rest of you. I will be running all AP products for this cycle.
