Thanks guys for all the compliments been working hard to get there. Sorry haven't posted was off work yesterday and was doing legs. Tonight will be back, cardio and hopefully I can get into sauna too but back night is long. I'm hoping to gain 10lbs to 15lbs of lean mass on this cycle but so far lost 2lbs wtf but it's just been 4days so not worried yet. You all have a great workout today.

Workout was great last night think dbol kicking in added weight felt great need to add npp soon joints are killing me. At gym now going to do chest hopefully will add weight to the sets also. Update later.
