      New routine

Just looking for general input, suggestions, experience relevant to my new split.

I've always pretty much done the basic bro split. Chest tris one day , back bis another , legs, etc. Im running 600 test cyp, 450 npp, 4iu gh daily. My recovery is insane and no matter how hard I go, I'm just wanting more.

So decided to go to 6 day routine for a bit. Basically push, pulls legs, off, push pull legs , and again. Instead of going full 10,000% each time, then taking a week to get back to body part, I'm keeping it about 80-90% each time so I won't stress out my nervous system too much. One of the workouts im focusing more reps , skighlty lower weight, and the other is heavier with lower reps. Saw some vids of a guy recommending this type of training, added a few personal touches, so here we go. 1.5 weeks in and so far so good. If for no better reason than just breaking same old routine.

Anyone else go this route? Just curious the hear thoughts, what works for you, Yada Yada Yada. Gracias mi Amigos!

yep thats my exact routine. one body part a day, light for a week at 4 sets of 15-25. then heavy the next week at 3 sets of 10 or less. sometimes ill do a dropset on heavy days for a 4th set.

One muscle group per day is exactly the way I love to train. I was the same way - I trained but I always felt like I could go harder/longer even if I was pushing the 1.5 HR mark. I recover very quickly, but when I switched to focusing on one muscle group I would actually get a little sore. Seen much better gains this way too. Good luck to you brother!
