progress will be shown every 3-6 weeks when i do singles and rep maxes... so in two weeks ill be rep-maxing or pulling singles depending how i feel and if i have time for singles(they take much longer).
workout today was..
low bar back squat:135x5/160x5/190x3/225x3/255x3/290x6
sumo deads:215x8/255x8/285x6
good mornings that i had to clean and jerk into position since the racks were taken:135x8/160x8/185x6
abs/toes to bar 3x10
everything is feeling pretty easy and can tell im getting my strength back fast.
will be adding in another movement next week.. wish i had a ghd at this gym.
diet:
oatmeal and protein shake
pork tamales
granola/peanut butter and milk
real gains shake
shredded wheat and leftover ham
eggs and mlk

it will be 3720 after i eat 4 eggs and drink milk.. milk is 24oz at a time..

Your having more fun that I am this morning then lol. I do spaghetti in my 2nd meal daily, not a huge fan but its what coach wants it consists of 8oz of 93/7 turkey and 1.25 cups whole grain noodles w/ splash of sauce. I asked yesterday if I could cut for 8wks leading up to vacation and got a huge hell no from coach, wife is competing in the pink show here in October so we have to keep bulking lmao.....He did tell me sneak in some clen and winny to tighten back up if I wanted though.

Haha it is kinda fun. I love spaghetti. Im on a budget though so i use 8oz of 85/15 and drain the fat then its 2 servings of whole grain noodles and 2 servings of heartsmart sauce... Lol welp better get that winny haha! Not sure what a pink show is.. Is it sponsored by victoria secret?lol

It's a fairly large show and they don't drug test so that scares me a bit. She should do great in it I think though.

Technically when we (gear users) do a show we switch to short esters and 2-3 wks out stop to clear the system. This non testing allows you to run the entire time even the day if and we all know 2 wks can make a huge difference in appearance.
