      My Competition Log. This is how I roll.

      ok.. where to start.. ill be doing a 20 to 24 week cycle depending on which meet i'm deciding to do. will be signing up next month. would like a buddy there and not go by myself. but if i gotta roll solo i will. it will be through the APF. was debating APA but decided against it.

      stats:
      5'8"
      190lb
      bf=16/17%
      31yo

      goal:
      <198
      bf=13/15%but dont really care.. stay under 18%
      500lb squat
      315+ bench
      600lb deadlift


      backstory: i was at a 430lb squat, 315 bench, and 515lb deadlift before i moved in july of '15. then worked like crazy and moved again in december. i worked out about 8 times in the first 7 months after i moved, so i lost about 100lbs on all my lifts. very unhappy with my self. so now that i've been back at it since end of january i'm blasting and getting it back plus some.

      the plan:

      20 weeks
      1-20:500/wk-test e=ganabol
      1-20:900/wk eq=ganabol
      1-5/6:10 mg ed msten/another 10mg 1 hour pre workout=LGI
      10-20:600/wk tren e=UNDECIDED, will order at week 8 or before

      might get some ipam and cjc no dac combo when/if i feel like it:
      i usually do 100mcg of each in the morning, and 200 mcg each before bed.. possibly add 100mcg of each pre or post workout

      ancillaries:
      exemestane/ed
      nolva/if needed=will be taking 10mg/ed during msten because of its shbg binding affinity and allowing more test and ESTRO to be free
      fish oil/ed
      cycle assist/ed

      the training:
      4 days a week/movement split/combo of 531 and what ive learned from dave tate, mark rippatoe, over 5 years of researching(texts/books, studies, forums) every single day, and learning my body.
      mon: lower body=squat day
      tues: upper body=bench day
      thur: lower body=deadlift day
      fri: upper body=overhead press day
      sometimes this will be pushed to a 3-day week where ill be doing two workouts in one day. all lifts will still be completed though.

      and i guess ill add in that i use fully loaded by LGI for my pre-workout and never switch from it.


      pinned 500 test and 600 eq today no pip. thick as hell, took 2 min to push in lol. will warm next time. normal pin days will be sun and wed, 250 test and 450 eq both days.. wondering if i can over load my syringe by half a mil when i get my tren lol.. looks like im adding two more inj sites hmmm..

      nutrition:
      3630cals=high day/training day
      2870cals=low day/off day
      optional 3250cals if i do a conditioning day.

      ideal macro percentages:
      30%fat/30%protein/40%carbs=high days
      35%fat/40%protein/25%carbs=low days
      35%fat/35%protein/30%carbs=conditioning days

      hahaaa 4 compounds together, shit. 3 is probably my limit if im doing the pinning myself. i need a new gf to do my injections for me again lol. will edit in the diet plan soon to first post.

      Nothing changes even on rest days, right now its 2895cals P-272g/C-252g/F-96g. You know I don't do well with carbs lol, but he's gotten me headed in the right direction just need to keep growing.
