      Meal 3: noon
4 oz salmon + 1/2 yam and 2 tbsp of salsa

      Meal 4: 3 pm
1 apple and 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter

      Meal 5: 6 pm
4 oz chicken breast and 2 cups of any vegetables

Sleep by 8 or 9 pm....may have a casein shake before bed

its definitely a great, clean diet. have you ever done a diet at 1500-1600 cals? only reason i ask is thats pretty low man. real low. also, track the food in terms of macros as well. (protein, carbs, and fat) you should adjust your diet based off of the macros, and let the calories fall into place based off those. regardless, no way this wouldnt be an epic weight loss if you followed thru! good luck.

Ran it thru my fitness pal and was shocked

      Calories 1106
      Protein 104 g. 41%
      Carbs 111g. 44%
      Fat 17g. 15%

I was aim for 1500 calories at least and want a 50/30/20 on protein/carbs/fat. Any suggest?? Seems close but not sure now......know I know why the pro charge so much lol

I agree that 1500 is seriously low man, im not sure how long you will be able to stick at it but if you think you can then go for it. at 1500 calories my life becomes unbearable.
