First week, not so bad. Weighed in around 168. No major changes that I can really notice my schedule has been
1-Back and Triceps
2-shoulders and Biceps
3- Legs
4- chest
5- Biceps and triceps
6/7 = off days
Currwntly doing FST-7 training with about 15 min stair master at the end of my lifts
3 mins at An easy rate
1 min at a challenging rate

Hey just seen your log, great job brother. You know how to train and eat already properly that's already a leg up on most. I also like your choice in short ester with prop, man they will keep dryer and the gains you make will be more realistic not water weight. I'll be following along as well, your gonna do great and at the end of this I think you'll be surprised at the changes in your physique.
