My 20 week before and after log 2016 New Englands bodybuilding contest NPC
Ok hello,boys and girls,some of you know me already,and know my story,to many surgeries to list,sense my last time on stage at the new Englands,back than in 96 41 years old at the time,they had zero masters class's,so it was open only,i did ok,runner up Middle Weights,well today 20 years later,and last surgery was elbow reconstruction and carpel tunnel on feb.3rd,it was not that long ago,hand and elbow still hurts every time I use them,but here are a bunch from this morning after fasted cardio,no pump,flat and watery lol I look like crap IMO!!
Still looking big as ever though bro, great job I say considering all you went through! You know me and Ashley are following along to watch you transform this will be fun to watch!
Please don't take this the wrong way . You look like the older gentleman that got on the bus and some young punks smarted off to him then he wiped the floor with them .
I believe your looking great and showing your wheels should motivate these bathing suit models to pay there dues .

Thanks bro,the wheels are so important at the NPC level,IMO should never be overlooked if contest competing is something you have planned in the future,but right now I can hardly train quads,for pain in the knee caps,but that don't mean,i cant train hams.
Looking damn good snowbeast ....I can only wish I look as good as you when I get to your age......
I am sure all you hard working guys who hit it daily will,why would you not,you got plenty of mass to work with,thats not what everyone already has,we need the clay for our foundation to be built on,you my friend have a great foundation to work with,just need to tweek it here,and tweek it there,and the donuts will be the best ever lol.
