Lol...your correct bro I get the same shit. We hear there's more to life than the gym lol. These are the same people that just sit at home anyways and are out of shape. I don't see the logic to the statement cause what am I missing out on the couch and overeating???

Haha thats funny! I get that shit from my family too! I'm also considered the runt of the family since they are all over 6' 250(the men... And fuck some of the women too) so they all think its "absolutely overboard" i havent been doing this nearly as long as u either brother! I'm sure your used to it by now! Shit, at 6'3" and 240 I don't even look that big. They'll really be sayin some shit when I'm at 260-270.

You nailed it with the couch comment. And I definitely hear the "more to life than the gym" comment frequently. Always from fat people that can barely get their fatasses off the couch, much less walk up a flight of stairs without stopping halfway to catch their breath.

Morning SC

Morning bros! Looks like today is gonna be a rest day. Stayed up to midnight last night and apparently the day is filled with events.

People weren't quite as annoying as they could've been last night. There was only one "just have a drink with me, it's not gonna kill you" and one "you don't have to go to the gym everyday," so it was pretty good. Lots of comments on my size, haha.

Well, everyone is just watching football (I give zero fucks about professional sports) so I'm gonna head to the gym again. Chest is a problem area for me, so chest it is.
