Thanks guys. Arm day went well, but I can already feel like I'm going to be more sore than normal.

Woke up feeling completely better today. A little bit of the sniffles but everything else feels great. Woo hoo! Let's do this. New year, same me.

Another beautiful day here. Anavar is definitely kicking in. Pumps are ridiculously brutal, especially calves and lower back.

Chest day today!!! Routine is the same as the other chest days.

Arm day today if the var will let me finish, haha, then rest tomorrow.

How often do You tend to change Your routine?

No intentions on changing anything in the future. I'm not sure if that will change for show prep or not, that will be up to my coach. The most changing I do is once I start hitting the top of my rep ranges I increase the weight from what I would normally start at and start all over again.
