It's funny, on the mountain biking forums they refer to guys over 180 pounds (if I remember correctly) as Clydesdales cause they're so "heavy." So what do you call some that weighs 245, haha!! Then when I take my bike in for suspension adjustments the shop is always like "ummm, how much? You should be careful, you're past the limit of what these things are made for." Kinda lame. I thought carbon fiber frames were supposed to be strong. (Yes I get smoked going uphill by all the 150 pound guys)

I hear ya on this. I have yet to plateau since I started running gear, so when that happens I'll look into changing things up a bit.
I do see a lot of people that frequently change programs after only a couple months. (And, to be clear, I realize you're not pushing that OPS. The topic just got me to thinking and provoked the following small rant, haha) They're constantly seeking the latest and best program, thinking that will be the key that will unlock the door to unlimited gains. They're like the people that think gear is gonna magically change them, when in reality they really just aren't eating appropriately or truly pushing themselves when lifting.

Hey bro! New week for some new gains! On the topic above, I always switch up my routine about every 4 weeks, whether that be exercise variance or style of lifting (drops, rest pause, supersets, etc). Usually I'll
Do both at once. Hat way I keep shocking the muscle often, but at the same time I have 4 weeks to try to keep bumping up each lift in weights or reps. I always try to reach failure, never lift any other way.
Everyone has their own style and we all learn what works for us, but I'd definitely suggest switching up in some way or another every month or so to keep the muscles shocked AND to do something new. I always find myself Motivated and energized to hit a brand new lift.
Enjoy your week bro.

I just love how one day you wake up and suddenly feel better. Took longer than normal this time around, but it's over now.
Shoulder day today. Let's do this!!!!

Time to close out this log. This was a fun experiment, and with exception of one source that's no longer on the BOP, I'm very happy with the results and perceived consistency from the different vendors I won auctions from second half of last year. I was able to put on almost 20 pounds, while my body fat decreased slightly.
We definitely have legit sponsors here. Great place to be.
