      Worked my whole Saturday away. Got off of Graveyard and worked till 10:30 pm. Too tired to hit the gym. But I went Sunday and made up for it. Couldn't do another set safely. My tris were burnt.
      Hit chest and tris
      Cable crossovers 14 12 10 10
      Pec deck 10 10 8
      Flat bench 12 12 10
      Dips 10 10 10
      Tricep rope extensions 12 12 12
      Dumbell skull crushers 10 10 10
      Pushups 3 sets to failure
      Got a decent pump but felt a little weak. Probably over worked myself pulling a two day work feast. Post workout I made a killer smoothy. Got a recipe from online. One scoop protein powder, one scoop powdered peanut butter, couple spoonfulls of lowfat cottage cheese, milk, 1/2 cup oatmeal and some frozen fruit.

      No shit. Literally huh? Lol This is the first bottle I've ever used. A buddy from work gave it to me. Tastes pretty good with milk. I'll use it sparingly then.

      I never even heard of it before he showed it to me. I traded some kratom for it. Lol must be dehydrated or something. I could see how it would back you up with the protein in it. Been looking at getting some digestive enzyme supplements to help with all the extra food I'm eating. You ever try them?
