Cool man. Thanks. I have a long way to go to get to my goal but things are going in a good direction. Lots of monsters on here to keep me motivated. Check out rambos Or kubes. Both have similar frames than mine but just stacked with muscle. What they have done is what I am after.

Tuesday I hit legs and shoulders.
Started with a warm up on the treadmill then hit the bike to get a good quad burn going.
Leg extensions 12 10 10 reps
Leg curls 12 10 10 reps
Squats 10 10 12 reps
Upright rows 10 10 10 reps
Cable shoulder presses 20 18 16 14 10 8 reps
Dumbell laterals 10 10 10 reps
Shoulders were burning pretty good by then so I called it a wrap. Muscles are starting to feel fuller. I'll throw up some pics friday to see if I'm making any gains.

Yea I'm feeling pretty motivated. Kinda nice to switch gears into lifting mode. I love martial arts but I was getting a little burnt-out. I'll be doing one class a week and maybe a few hours of teaching on Saturdays. Working with the kids is some cool times.
