      Hey Benlash,
      I'm just catching up with your cycle log now. Looking good in your pics mate. No bruises left over from your Karate grading.
      That looks like a great stack to add some size. I started my last cycle at 600 test and 400 deca but got excited and pushed the deca up to 600 too. I think you will love it. I tried the MK677 when I was on cycle but it bloated the f..k out of me so I dropped it. Running it now when I'm off cycle and it is great. Not sure why?
      I'm not into orals yet, but i think with Dbol and Halo you are going to grow fast. Really looking forward to the final product in 20 weeks. Go Hard

      Thanks bro. No more bruises. I still got a knot on my collar bone though. Not even sure when I got it. Lol. So far the mk677 is not giving me any problems. Other than being hungry 24/7. Thanks for following along.

      Hahah, MK677 makes me sooooo hungry. This will be a good thing for you during a bulk. Sometimes I will wake up during the night because I am so hungry. I have to get out of bed and eat. Usually a 500g tub of cottage cheese will do the trick

      No doubt. I have been drinking a protein shake two hours after falling asleep. Does it stay like that or kinda even out? I only ran it once before and had to stop because of shin pumps.
