Headed out for back and bis when my wife gets back from the gym! So far my workouts have been going great. Steady improvement every session. Been along time since I put all my focus on just lifting. Feels great.

Oh man your goin to feel great after hitting gym benlash .....when Im on a cruise and lower my workout routine that first week back to gym full force is just amazing ....its a big rush for me

Goodmorning twisted. I do feel pretty damn good. My energy level is way better not doing so much cardio. Some of those classes really drain you. Hitting legs and shoulders today. Plan on upping the weight on my squats a little.

Started with lat pull downs 16 14 12 10 reps
Bent over rows 12 10 10 reps
Dead lifts 10 8 6 reps
Low cable rows 12 10 10 reps
High cable rows 12 10 10 reps
Bis
Cable curls 16 14 12 10 reps
Dumbell curls 10 10 10 reps
Decline dumbbell curls 10 10 10 reps
