      11 days in of tren, u should be irritated... gains will be minimal on a dry cycle... wen in doubt, double the amount..

      just re reading your first post...how much did you gain from the first stage of cycle?
      second... the depressing feeling of dropping a oral like dbol, arnt to be understated.. losing size aint inspiring..
      wat are hoping to achieve in second phase of cycle?
      do u have a diary to see how you trained and felt thru the cycle? very handy tool for future use.. patterns are easily seen..

      big believer in high dosed short runs of a bulk.. get in hard, get out b4 sides take hold and create havoc...

      Torcha - yes, the blend is on my list of items to accumulate in the next couple days. Can't see how I'll get consistently to the needed caloric intake without it.

      I was wondering about the same thing being 12 days into the Tren/Mast. I'm running the tren/Mast/test prop eod (100 each). Maybe I'll give it another week and bump up the Tren. I guess I thought I'd have more sides (sweating/sleeplessness/intensity).

      Good gains from 1st stage of cycle. I had leaned out to 221 before cycle and got back up to 237 in the 8 weeks of the dbol/test/mast/deca.

      For this second stage of cycle I am hoping to achieve more size, but tighter, look.

      When you say 'high dosed/short run'. How long is the run?

      so that's bout 7kgs I think. water would a be a fair bit of it... gonna guess a bit, and say your feeling flat.. pretty low dose to gain on after first part of cycle.. the only way to increase gains after that is to increase gear doseage.. you reached a threashold, no going back, you have to go higher... adding tren will help with strength loss and preserve wat u have gained muscle wise. adding anadrol low dose will give u a fuller look, but fuck your hunger..
      for me, in your currant cycle, id add clen, t3 and hgh (low dose). aim for fatloss then ..3 weeks off cycle and on dnp .. then go higher in dose, much higher, run for 5 to 6 weeks...dnp again... that will refresh u, then cruise a bit....

      I done many 10 to 12 week cycles.. all end the same...and then start the same... change things up..

      I had great success at 2 sust 250 per day for ten days, then changed to deca 400 pd for 10 days... I was however overcome by un expected bp issues and had to cut deca cycle in its tracks... that's was trial one....

      hardening up gains I believe is a myth.. u can consolidate gains by holding them. u can create a visual illusion of hardness by cutting hard..

      go thru your photos in past cycles... its fucking depressing.... well, least it was for me.... im the biggest ever feeling u get each cycle is soon deflated by looking at past cycle pics..and u relise you look the same as last 5 bulks.. of course this is just my take on wat works for me.. and has, is and can be debated.. personally don't care wat most think.. only a select one or two.
      but then again, I only watch porn, that I make with my mrs.. so maybe I have 'too self involved' issues
      of note, nothing depressing in homemade porn there...well, except the camera man, really needs a steadier hand........oh, probably shouldn't breathe too loud wen going all pov.. sounds kinda creepy.....

      Preworkout: 2 scoops C4 & .5 ml DMAA

      standing barbell curl: 20, 10, 10, 10, 8, 6
      double kickback: 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

      standing dumbbell curl: 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
      rope pull down: 10, 10, 10, 8, 8

      SS
      wide grip Lat pulldown: 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
      close grip pulldown: 10, 10, 8, 7, 7

      modified t bar row: 15, 15, 15, 15, 15

      abs: 100 reps of 4 different exercises

      felt strong as hell and had great pumps throughout. Really had to dig deep on the last of the back sets

      Nice grind, love the super sets I add those in when cutting makes the entire workout one big cardio session with weights.
