Good morning folks! Another day on the grind and then hitting the gym tonight for some shoulders. Loooooooong day yesterday. One of those sun up to sun down kind of days so I didn't feel like training at all once I got back to the hotel. Let's get it today!

Oh for sure. Had a prett good shoulder workout combined with a little bit of chest. I made it work even with the dumbells only go up to a certain weight and all I have is an adjustable bench.
Weight - 216.7 ( I always put on some size when I travel. I eat goooood on the company credit card)
Training
standing one arm shoulder presses - 4x20
Seated front raises supersetted with seated rear delts - 4x12
Seated laterals - 4x12
lying rear delt flyes - 4x12
one arm laterals - 4x13
incline flyes to flat flyes to flat dumbell bench - 4x20 on each
