What's up fellas? This may have been the busiest I have ever been since I started working. It's been a struggle getting to a good gym and keeping up with my log. That's being said? My weight has maintained between 214-217. Still gringing, still making my workouts count, and still dieting properly. I'll have more time on my hand to post up and keep up with everyone else. Enjoy yalls Sunday and make them gains!
