I have been absolutely slammed with work, but I have still been training and dieting properly. New job, new territory, 16hr days, but I'm finding a way to get it all done. There is always a gym somewhere, no matter where you are. I finally landed back home yesterday afternoon and trained chest with my wife. I'm still eating 5 large meals, and I am incorporating a shake as my sixth meal. Under any other circumstance I would not use a shake as a meal, but given my status of being on a plane as much as I am, I really don't have much choice.
Last nights training - Chest
Incline dumbbell presses superset with incline dumbbell fly - 4x10
Cable crossovers (high, middle, low) - 4x10
Machine pullovers - 4x10
Machine decline press - 4x10
Pec deck superset with reverse seated dips - 4x10
Drugs - Protocol has changed slightly
HGH is still at 5 iu per day
Test I have bumped up to 300mg eod
tren is still at 75mg eod
I have dropped the anadrol simply because it was fucking with my digestion too bad. The indigestion was insane. No over the counter meds were helping. So I'm done with drol for now.

Today's plan for training and meals
Training - shoulders
- seated dumbbell press, 4x12, 10, 8, 6(80,90,100,105)
- dumbbell front raises supersetted with seated rear delts, 4x12 increasing weight by 5lbs each set
- smith machine military presses supersetted with close grip Chins - 4x12,10,8,6(135,185,225,240) chins to failure.
- behind the back leaning cable laterals, 4x12
- seated reverse cable flys - 4x12
- pec deck for rear delts, 4x12
- abs and calves
Food
Breakfast - 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups oats
Meals throughout the day will be
- 6oz grilled chicken, green beans, 2cups white ricex2
- 6oz steak, broccoli, 2 cups sweets potatoes
- grilled chicken past
Plenty of carb and protein sources will be consumed in between meals.
Drugs
Hgh 5iu (2.5 upon waking and 2.5 post workout)
test - 300mg
tren - 75mg

Training - Biceps, abs, calves
- barbell curls(closer grip than usual) - 4x12,10,8,6(100,115,135,155)
- standing dumbbell curls(minimal rest) - 4x12,10,8,6(40,45,50,55)
- one arm preacher curls - 4x10 (45)
- cable curls supersetted with hammer curls - 4x12, 4x10
- 200 crunches, 175 cable crunches, 100 oblique crunches
- 100 standing machine calf raises, 100 smith machine calf raises
Drugs
-5iu hgh first thing and post workout
- test 300mg
- tren 75mg
NEW - 500mg metformin one hour pre workout with my meal containing roughly 90g carbs. First time messing around with metformin.

thanks bro! My workouts are incredible right now due to the speedy recovery and minimal joint pain. The metformin is unreal too. The pumps are absolutely stupid.
