Everything's going great so far. Couldn't be more pleased at the moment.
I actually didn't train the day after. Cheat meal was on Sunday and I had to skip my workout Monday due to work. However, that being said, I look leaner, my skin is a little tighter, veins popping even more every time I eat, and my recovery times are great.
Im definitely noticing some of the beginning changes, so I'm pretty stoked to see what the next few months have in store.
Had an interview today and spent a lot of time on the road. Still had my meals with me, just not in the quantities or amounts I usually consume. Still, not bad for being on the road.
weight - 203.1
1st meal was six egg whites and 2 cups of oats. 2 of my meals were 6oz ground chicken and 2 cups of rice. My final meal was 6oz steak with broccoli. I had various other snacks throughout the day as well. Didn't keep track of them very well today as I was on the road the majority of the day.
Training was minimal. Had to get a 5am workout in and only had about 30 minutes. So I did 10 sets of 10 reps for bi's and tri's.
Drugs - anadrol 50mg pre workout, 2.5iu hgh upon waking and 2.5iu's 3 hours before bed, 200mg test blend, 75mg of tren ace.
6/23 training - Chest Trained chest at 5am with a client of mine. As of last year, she is an ifbb pro in women's figure. She's 3.5 weeks out from her next show.
Cable crossovers (low, middle, high) - 4 x 12
Pec deck supersetted with seated reverse dips - 4 x 12 on the pec deck as well as the dips.
Incline, high, and close grip bench on smith machine - 3 x 10 (heavy).
Dumbell pullovers - 4 x 12
Food Breakfast - 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups of oatmeal
snack - kale chips
lunch - 4 ounces of salmon, 2 cups of rice, broccoli
snack - complete cookie
post workout shake - clean gainer (30g protein, 90g carbs, 8g fat)
dinner - 1/2lb ground turkey, sweet potatoes, and spinach
last meal around 11pm - chicken breast, 2 cups of rice

So I'm definitely not the best at taking pictures, but here are some updated photos. Started this run at 197-198ish, and I weighed in this morning at 203. The lines and striations do not show up as well in the pictures(probably due to my pale ass skin), but I have definitely lost some body fat, I feel a lot harder (especially after consuming carbs), I feel like there are more veins popping up daily. I gotta say that GearPro's gear and hgh is good to fucking go!
Training - Biceps and abs with my wife. Let me preface this by saying that my wife is a fucking badass! We just had our third child in 4.5 years a little over 2 moths ago and my wife is already under her pre pregnancy weight!
Barbell curls - 4 x 12(100), 10(125), 8(130), 6(145 which is a new personal best for me as far as reps go with this weight)
Reverse barbell curls - 4 x 12 increased weight each set
Standing hammer curls supersetted with concentration curls - 4 x 12 and supersets were to failure
Standing cable curls - 4 x 12 increased weight each set
Preacher curls - 4 x 10 increased weight each set
Rope crunches - 4 x 25
Standing rope oblique crunches - 4 x 25
Arm feeders at night right before bed - 3 x 75 for both bis and tris.
Food
Breakfast - 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups of oats
Snack - Large whole grain bagel, plain
Lunch - 6 ounces of steak, 2 cups of sweet potatoes, green beans

tren e - 100mg first thing in the morning. Just found the bottle and I figured why not use it up? 2-3 shots left in the bottle if that.
